Refund eligibility
30-Day free refund
Customers are entitled to request a return and refund within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving the product, without providing a specific reason.
- To qualify, the returned product must be in brand-new, unused condition and must include all original packaging materials, accessories, and manuals.
- For returns resulting from verified product quality issues or manufacturing defects, SuperBox TV Box Store will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
Order cancellation before shipment
If a customer cancels an order before it has been transferred to our logistics carrier, a full 100% refund will be issued.
- Customers must contact our support team immediately to request a cancellation.
- Upon confirmation that the order has not yet been processed for shipment, the refund will be processed within twenty-four (24) hours.
Returned orders
Orders returned to our warehouses due to customer address errors, refusal of delivery, or other non-product quality-related reasons will be refunded after the goods are received and inspected.
Refunds for these returned orders will be processed within twenty-four (24) hours upon confirmation that the goods remain in their original condition.

Eligible products may be returned to one of our regional logistics hubs.
Note: Prior to returning any product, you must contact our support team to receive authorization and a prepaid return label. Customers do not need to pay for these authorized return labels.

Refund processing time
- Refunds will be credited exclusively to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
