JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Warehouse & Fulfillment Staff member, you are the critical final checkpoint before our premium electronic hardware reaches the consumer. You will handle daily inventory management, stock organization, and secure packaging to ensure orders are dispatched on time and error-free.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Picking & Verification: Retrieve the exact product models (SuperBox S6, S7, or S8) and correct matching accessories (remotes, power adapters, HDMI cables) based on system generated packing slips.
- Product Inspection: Conduct swift visual and physical quality checks on devices prior to boxing to ensure zero physical defects or missing parts.
- Secure Packing: Professionally pack orders using specialized bubble wraps, anti-static layers, and sturdy boxes to protect delicate digital hardware during long-distance domestic and international transit.
- Shipping Labeling & Sorting: Print and apply accurate shipping carrier labels (DHL, FedEx, USPS, UPS) onto packages. Categorize and stack outgoing boxes properly according to transit regions and carriers.
- Warehouse & Inventory Maintenance: Safely unload incoming bulk supply shipments, verify stock counts against incoming invoices, and organize products neatly on shelves. Keep warehouse workstations clean and organized daily.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, inventory handling, picking/packing, or e-commerce logistics (Experience working with consumer electronics is a great advantage).
- Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and safely lift standard retail product boxes weighing up to 20kg (44 lbs) throughout the work shift.
- High Attention to Detail: A meticulous mindset with zero tolerance for picking wrong models, swapping serial numbers, or misplacing shipping labels.
- Technical & Basic Language Skills: Basic reading and writing proficiency in English to comprehend automated packing manifests, shipping zones, and carrier labels. Familiarity with handheld barcode scanners and digital inventory systems is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Active team player, high punctuality, strong sense of responsibility, and the capacity to perform efficiently under time pressure during high-volume sales seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas).
