How to set up the SuperBox TV?
- Step 1: Connect the Hardware Connect the HDMI cable between the SuperBox device and your television. Then connect the power adapter and turn on the device. For the most stable connection, an Ethernet cable may be used, although Wi-Fi is also supported.
- Step 2: Power On the Device Turn on your TV and select the correct HDMI input source. The SuperBox startup screen should appear within a few moments.
- Step 3: Complete Initial Setup Follow the on-screen instructions, review the startup notice, and proceed through the initial device configuration process.
- Step 4: Connect to the Internet Navigate to Network Settings and connect to your preferred Wi-Fi network or Ethernet connection. A broadband connection of at least 25 Mbps is generally recommended for smooth HD streaming experiences.
- Step 5: Pair the Remote Control Insert AAA batteries into the remote. If Bluetooth pairing is required, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the pairing process. Some models support voice-control functionality after pairing.
- Step 6: Adjust Display Settings Go to Device Preferences → Display & Sound and set HDMI output to Auto to allow the device to select the optimal display resolution supported by your TV.
- Step 7: Start Using Your Device Once setup is complete, the SuperBox TV Box is ready to use. You can explore installed applications, adjust system settings, connect Bluetooth accessories, and personalize your viewing experience.
Where can I use the SuperBox TV Box?
You can use a SuperBox TV Box anywhere in the world that has a stable internet connection and a television with an HDMI port. Because it is a portable, plug-and-play Android media player, it can be easily used in your living room, taken to a vacation home, or packed for trips.
Is SuperBox TV legal?
The hardware itself is 100% legal to purchase and own, but using it to stream copyrighted movies, TV shows, or live sports without a paid subscription is a violation of federal copyright law.
The Superbox is essentially an Android TV box. The legal gray area comes from third-party apps and unofficial app stores available on the device. These apps provide access to premium content—such as sports, movies, and cable channels—usually reserved for paid services like Netflix, Hulu, or ESPN, but without the proper licensing.
Because the manufacturer only provides the hardware, they maintain that the box is legal, comparing it to an empty computer. However, streaming pirated content is illegal, and copyright holders or federal authorities can enforce fines or civil liabilities against individuals engaging in unauthorized streaming.

How to track my order?
You will receive an order number after submitting your order. After one to two business days, select “Order Tracking” from the menu, enter your email address and order number, and then press the “Track” button. Alternatively, enter your tracking number and select “Track.”
