Address accuracy and deliverability

Processing and fulfillment timelines
- Processing time: Most orders are processed within one (1) business day. During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing may take up to two (2) business days.
- Daily cut-off time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Pacific Time – PT) on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT, or on weekends/public holidays, will begin processing the following business day.
- Weekend dispatch: While our fulfillment team may prepare orders over the weekend, shipping carriers do not collect or dispatch packages on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Weekend orders will be picked up by the carrier on Monday.
Shipping rates and transit estimates

United States domestic shipping
- Fulfillment centers: Orders are dispatched from our strategic warehouses in California and New Jersey.
- Carriers: UPS or DHL.
- Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your proximity to our fulfillment centers.
Canada international shipping
- Fulfillment Center: Dispatched via UPS Express directly from our international distribution hub.
- Estimated Delivery: 3–5 business days.
- Duty-Prepaid (DDP): We cover all import duties, VAT, and customs fees. The price you see at checkout is final; you will not be required to pay additional import charges under normal circumstances.
Note: Delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to extreme weather, holiday volumes, or customs clearance.
End-to-End tracking
Every SuperBox order includes comprehensive tracking. Once your package is collected by the carrier, an automated email containing your Tracking Number will be sent to your registered email address.

- Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the initial shipment notification.
Delivery claims and lost packages
If your tracking information indicates “Delivered” but you have not received your package, or if the shipment is significantly delayed:
- You must contact us at customer@superboxtvboxstore.com within 10 days of the reported delivery date to initiate a claim.
- We will coordinate with the carrier to conduct a thorough investigation. Claims may take up to 30 days to resolve depending on the carrier’s protocols.
- SuperBox TV Box Store is not liable for packages once the carrier confirms delivery to the correct address. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages successfully delivered as verified by the carrier.
Order modifications and cancellations
Due to our automated fulfillment process, orders are moved to the “Processing” stage immediately.
- If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will issue a full refund.
- Once a tracking number has been generated, the order cannot be canceled or modified. In this case, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy to initiate a return after the package arrives.
